Shipping & Return Policy

At Juicy Fabrics, we strive to get your materials into your hands as quickly as possible so your projects can stay on schedule.

• Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
• Carrier & Unforeseen Delays: While we commit to our processing window, please note that transit times are subject to carrier performance. Juicy Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen external circumstances.
• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products specifically custom-cut yardage we maintain a strict no-return policy. All sales are considered final once the fabric has been cut and shipped.

Exceptions (Seller Error):
We take great pride in our quality control, but we understand that mistakes can happen. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

1. The item was shipped out in a damaged or defective state.
2. An error was made on our part (e.g., incorrect fabric type, wrong yardage, or incorrect print).

How to Report an Issue:
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to a seller error, please contact us

• Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the mistake.
• Once verified, we will provide a return shipping label and issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
